IT Application Engineer is responsible for end user support, operation and development on DMTA applications (Doobiz – Java Web, SAP ERP etc). The right candidate will mostly provide US local support to business end user on DMT global application including error/problem trouble shooting/bug fix, also provide local enhancement/developments on Doobiz-Java web and SAP ERP (ABAP) with DMT change management, development methodology.   Responsibilities

  • Provides functional / technical applications support as a Help Desk to internal employee and external distributor side user. (ERP / Doobiz Web & Other application)
  • User training on SAP / Doobiz functionality
  • Month-end closing support
  • 1st line problem solving on ERP/Doobiz
  • Maintain / update SAP CBO Master table
  • SAP Email notification management & document
  • Maintain bug fix, development, enhancement, and testing of the existing software/application functionality according to the requirements of the business.
  • Manage User account on SAP User & Authorization mgmt., Other HQ IT System user management request to HQ, Doobiz / GPES / TechNavi , IDMS / AD
  • Communicate with HQ Back-End development Center on development and major incident resolution
  • Document issue trouble shooting cases, knowledge
  • Doobiz (Java/Web) technical trouble shooting & bug fix
  • Improve / development of SAP functions and program
  • Ensures that all application systems, databases and programs have documented and tested backup and recovery procedures as appropriate.
  • Supports the development of application systems that are cost effective and flexible in design.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology
  • 6~8 years of experience in related field
  • Excellent Java EE / Web exeprience required
  • SAP ERP Functionality knowledge/experience required
  • SAP ERP Technical development(ABAP) experience preferred
  • OpenStack programming language experience preferred (Python)
  • ITSM application operation/development methodology
  • Programming language skills (SAP ABAP, JAVA, Python, Perl etc, )
  • Knowledgeable and supportive of internal IT infrastructure (Servers, Networks, Securities etc.) operation preferred
  • Bilingual in Korean and English
